仕事内容:

当社は、副業・資産運用スクール『副業アカデミー』を運営し、

これまで累計4,500名以上のキャリア・資産形成を支援してきました。

近年では事業領域を拡大し、東京を中心としたホテル開発事業が本格的にスタート。

複数の新規ホテルプロジェクトが同時進行しています。

今回募集するのは、

ホテルの世界観を"プロダクト選定"からつくり上げるディレクションパートナー です。

宿泊者の記憶に残る体験を生み出すうえで、

家具・照明・ファブリック・アメニティの選定は極めて重要な要素。

デザイン性・機能性・価格・ブランド性を総合的に判断し、

空間の価値を最大化するポジションとなります。

勤務は在宅で柔軟に調整可能

育児や副業との両立もしやすく、

新規ホテル開発の上流工程から深く関わることができます◎

★ホテル開発・インテリアコーディネート経験者は優先的に選考します


【具体的な業務内容】

  • 家具・インテリア・アメニティ(小物・家電含む)の選定・ディレクション
  • デザイン・素材・価格・耐久性・コストバランスを踏まえた比較検討
  • 国内外ブランド・メーカーのリサーチ(北欧・和モダン・デザイナーズ等)
  • 客室・共用部の空間イメージ提案(Moodboard / 提案資料作成 歓迎)
  • 納品スケジュール管理・発注サポート
  • 建築・設計・運営チームとの連携、空間改善提案

<歓迎スキル・経験>

  • ホテル・宿泊施設・商業施設などでの家具/インテリア/アメニティ選定経験
  • または、インテリアコーディネーター・空間デザイン・設計補助などの実務経験
  • 海外ブランド・デザイナーズ家具の知識
  • アメニティ(F&B、バスアメニティ、家電など)の選定経験
  • 現地での確認・調整が可能な方(優遇)
  • コスト管理・見積比較・価格交渉の経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

【稼働イメージ】

  • プロジェクト内容に応じて 月10〜30時間程度 を想定(応相談)
  • 在宅でのリサーチ・資料作成が中心
  • 必要に応じて現地確認・打ち合わせ
  • 稼働時間・進行ペースは柔軟に調整可能
