30代、40代、50代、60代と幅広い年代の職員が活躍中です
感染症対策として、マスク着用・入館時の検温・手洗い・手指消毒の徹底を行っています。
希望職員のワクチン接種、完了しています。

仕事内容
地域包括支援センターのケアマネジャーとして
地域の高齢者の方やご家族と相談のうえ
介護予防ケアプランの作成をお願いします。
高齢者の方やご家族のニーズに応じて、
自立した生活を続ける為に 必要で適切な
サービスを受けるための援助をしていただきます。
その他、地域の高齢者のネットワークづくりなど、
あんしんして暮らせる街づくりにご協力ください
給与
時給1,500円
月収例
9:00~17:00(休憩60分)週5日(月21日)勤務の場合
220,500円
別途交通費支給(上限40,000円)

市バス 「長田8丁目停留所」駅より徒歩2分

資格・経験
- 介護支援専門員有資格者
未経験のかた、経験の浅い方、ブランクのある方、主婦(夫)歓迎
ベテランケアマネジャーがフォローします
休日・休暇
週休2日制。
シフト制ですが、土日はほぼ休みです。
