APIおよびデータ連携基盤の設計・改善を行います。
AWSを中心としたインフラ運用設計とパフォーマンス最適化、技術選定、アーキテクチャ改善を推進し、
開発プロセス改善、コード品質向上、技術的負債の解消にも取り組みます。
チームメンバーの育成、開発ラインの推進、ステークホルダーとの調整、事業・プロダクト課題に対する
技術的な打ち手の立案と実行も重要な業務です。

疾患ソリューション事業、医療データ調査事業を展開しております。
本社は東京都中央区に位置し、従業員数は50名です。

・ サーバサイドアプリケーションの設計・開発・運用のリード
・ 外部サービス/医療機関連携のためのAPIおよびデータ連携基盤の設計・改善
・ AWSを中心としたインフラ運用設計とパフォーマンス最適化
・ 技術選定・アーキテクチャ改善の推進
・ 開発プロセス改善、コード品質向上、技術的負債の解消
・ チームメンバーの育成、開発ラインの推進、ステークホルダーとの調整

【求める人材】
【必須】
・ GoまたはJavaを使用したサーバーサイド開発経験5年以上(Go経験者歓迎、Java経験からGoへの移行希望者も歓迎)
・ AWSなどのクラウド環境を使用したアプリケーションの構築・運用経験
【歓迎】
・ CI/CDパイプライン構築・運用経験
・ アジャイル/スクラムでのチーム開発経験
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
