  • 具体的な業務内容

ヒアリング・診断:

顧客の業務プロセスに入り込み、痛みの原因を探る。

ソリューション提案:

ServiceNowを軸に、業務をどう効率化するかを描き、提案。

プロジェクト推進:

受注後、導入が完了するまで顧客とエンジニアの架け橋となる。

※ITの専門知識は入社後に習得可能です。まずは「顧客の代弁者」として動いてください。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

・昇給:年1回※業績・評価による

・賞与:年2回(6月、12月)※初回寸志、2回目以降満額

・食費手当:月五千円

・残業手当:別途全額支給

・資格手当:既定の資格保有者は上限月五万円まで支給

・営業経験4年以上 係長クラス 500万円(月給32万円×12ヶ月+賞与)

・営業経験2年以上 リーダークラス 390万円(月給25万円×12ヶ月+賞与)
