Role Overview
The company is seeking a Luxury Beauty Sales Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in luxury cosmetics retail and proven success in offline store environments. You will be the face of our brand, delivering personalised consultations, building deep customer relationships, and driving sales performance in high-end retail locations. This role requires strong product knowledge, a passion for beauty, and the ability to create memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store sales experiences for luxury cosmetics and beauty products
- Provide personalised consultations based on customer needs and product expertise
- Build and maintain high-value customer relationships and a loyalty-centric sales approach
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain deep knowledge of beauty product features, ingredients, and trends
- Collaborate with store leadership on visual merchandising and product placements
- Capture customer insights and feedback to support brand strategies
Mandatory Skill & Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of successful retail sales experience in luxury cosmetics, beauty, or premium skincare
- Prior experience working in offline, high-end retail environments (department stores, boutiques)
- Strong expertise in beauty product consultation and customer relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Good to Have
- Fluency in Japanese (business level) plus English proficiency
- Experience with CRM tools and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of premium beauty brand portfolios and market trends in Japan
- Certifications in beauty or makeup artistry
