仕事内容:

【未経験歓迎】総務事務|バックオフィスサポート

未経験からスタートできる総務事務のお仕事です。

会社全体を支えるバックオフィス業務を、できることからお任せします。

① 会社全体の運営サポート

  • 備品・消耗品の管理、発注
  • 郵便物・宅配便の受け取り、仕分け
  • 電話対応・来客対応(取次ぎが中心)
  • 社内イベントや会議の準備サポート

② 人事・労務関連のサポート業務

  • 社員の入退社手続きの補助
  • 勤怠管理、休暇申請の確認
  • 給与計算に関する簡単な補助業務
  • 健康診断や福利厚生の手配サポート

③ 文書・情報管理

  • 契約書・社内規程などの文書管理
  • ファイリング、データ入力
  • 社内報・掲示物の作成サポート

④ 経理・庶務の一部サポート

  • 小口現金の管理補助
  • 請求書・領収書の処理サポート
  • 経費精算内容のチェック

勤務時間・曜日:

時間 10:00~19:00 実働8時間 月曜日〜金曜日

給与:

給料230,000円〜350,000円

※ご経験、スキルを考慮し高給変動します

●残業代は全額支給

●別途、賞与や手当がつきます
