電話でサポートするお仕事です。

お問い合わせが入ったお客様への

ご案内が中心のため、

『飛び込み架電』ではありません。

社会で役に立つ電話対応のスキルが身に付きますよ

  • 具体的な体験内容

===========

・引越し先でのライフライン開通に

関するご案内(発信・受電)

・お客様情報の確認、手続きの進行サポート

・簡単な入力作業(対応履歴の記録 など)

※1日の対応数は目安として8〜10件程度。

※登録サイト経由のお問い合わせ対応が中心

クレーム対応は基本的に発生しにくい運用です。

未経験でも進められる理由
