当社は全国63店舗展開しており、飲食店向けの業務用の調理道具や

食器、家具、厨房機器の販売・買取を行っており、店舗に集まる閉店及び出店情報をもとに、主に個人店や中小飲食店の開業支援も行っております。

『人手が欲しいお客様には人材紹介サービスを提案』といった、

各サービスをサポート出来るよう9社の子会社があり、

グループ全体でフードビジネスプロデューサーを目指しています。

<仕事内容>

本部の人事スタッフとして、グループ会社の「採用」「教育」「労務」などの人事の仕事を担当して頂きます。

  • 採用(新卒採用・中途採用)

・ 採用計画立案

・入社までの一連の採用業務

  • 会社説明会開催・面接、実施など

  • 教育

・社員の教育計画立案

  • 商品知識やトーク力向上など

・教育業務

  • 各研修の準備・進行など

  • 労務

・給与計算

  • 給与改定・賞与査定など

・勤怠管理

  • 有給、残業管理・など

<入社後の流れ>

入社後は簡単な業務(例えば、オンライン研修の進行役)から

スタートし、少しずつ採用(会社説明会の担当など)や、教育と

業務の幅を広げて頂きたいと考えております。

人事として、採用・教育・労務の業務に携わるため、

幅広く知識や実務が身につきます。

また前職の経験や、スキルにあわせて仕事をお任せしていきます。

分からないところは先輩スタッフがしっかりフォローいたしますので、安心してキャリアを築いていける環境です。

応募資格・条件


英語力不問 / 未経験OK

大学卒以上 / 未経験OK

※雇用形態は正社員です。

※最初の雇用契約期間は採用時から2か月です

(最初の雇用期間契約は当社規定の試用期間に準じた扱いとなります)

※その間の給与、その他の待遇に変更はありません

※試用期間満了後、正社員への登用を致します

(雇用期間の定めのない雇用)

ただし、双方で協議の上、契約を満了する場合があります

給与


月給 220,000円 ~ 350,000円 (※想定年収 2,640,000円 ~ 3,600,000円)

・上記額には固定残業代(月20時間分、28,240円~44,880円分)

を含みます。

※超過分は全額支給します

・賞与は年に2回(7月・12月)です。

賞与額は今年度実績で150,000円~630,000円/回

・昇給 年に1回

※試用期間は2ヶ月です。

※給与額について、経験・スキルを考慮の上で決定します。

・入社時の想定年収

年収 264万円~460万
