We are expanding our Cross-Border M&A team in Tokyo and are seeking driven professionals to serve as a bridge between Japan and global markets—advancing our vision of "No Border M&A."

Role Overview

As a Cross-Border M&A Consultant, you will support and lead transactions from origination through closing. Responsibilities include:

  • Market research and deal origination
  • Client engagement and relationship management
  • Financial modeling and valuation
  • Due diligence coordination and support
  • Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and transaction documents

Candidate Profile (Summary)

We welcome candidates with:

  • Experience in cross-border M&A, investment banking, or related fields
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • A strong interest in international dealmaking
  • Relevant language skills and regional experience aligned with the deal focus area
