Role Overview
As a Cross-Border M&A Consultant, you will support and lead transactions from origination through closing


Responsibilities include:
Market research and deal origination
Client engagement and relationship management
Financial modeling and valuation
Due diligence coordination and support
Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and transaction documents

Candidate Profile (Summary)

We welcome candidates with:
Experience in cross-border M&A, investment banking, or related fields
Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities
Excellent English communication skills
A strong interest in international dealmaking
Relevant language skills and regional experience aligned with the deal focus area
