【必須経験】
調理の実務経験がある方
①魚を捌ける(三枚おろしなど)
②だし巻き卵を巻けるか
上記2点のスキルは必須となります。
- 和洋中などジャンルは不問です。居酒屋チェーンや老舗洋食屋など、あらゆる業態の調理経験が活かせます。
- 日本酒に詳しい方、知識がある方は更に優遇します
- もちろん、意欲や前向きさなどのお人柄が最優先での採用基準です
勤務時間
10:00~23:00(休憩あり)
- 23時にはオーナー含め、ほぼピタっと退社しています
- 早朝の仕込みもなく、夜は23時で退勤の為、各方面の終電も安心です
終電考慮/フルタイム歓迎/ランチのお仕事

完全週休2日制/土日祝はお休みです

- GW・お盆・年末年始も連休等多めのお休みが取れますので、プライベートの時間もしっかり確保できます

【具体的には】
食材のカット、下ごしらえなどの仕込み、各種調理
- 仕込み~調理まではオーナーとマンツーマンで連携して対応します看板メニューや少し調理にコツがいるメニューはオーナーに任せて、揚げ物やスピードメニューなどからスタートしてください。
もちろんスキルや経験に応じて、お任せするレベルを変えていきます
発注や在庫管理はオーナーがメインで行いますので、お願いした際に適宜サポートをしていただく程度です。
まずは既存メニューの調理をマスターするところから。ひと通り覚えたらあなたの経験を活かして、もっとおいしくなるような提案もどんどんして下さいあなたのアイデアで新メニューや新たな人気メニューを生み出す機会もご用意いたします
【日本酒に合うおいしい料理を提供する】
その基本路線を変えることはありませんが、その中であれば提案は大歓迎。
新メニューの開発・提案もぜひお願いします。もちろん、丸投げする訳ではありません。
どうすればもっとおいしくなるかの相談や採算のことなど気軽に相談して下さいね。

2017年7月、中野坂上にオープン素材と日本酒にこだわった和食居酒屋です。
グランドメニューは決まっていますが、季節や旬にあわせておすすめメニューを工夫
季節や料理にピッタリあった日本酒を日本全国から探して取り揃えるようにしています。
三浦半島で収穫される三浦野菜や新鮮な魚介類が、豊洲市場・各地の港から直送されてきますので、新鮮な野菜・魚介類を美味しく調理して提供しているお店です
日本酒を作る酒蔵やそれをつなぐ人々、そして日本酒・お食事を楽しむ人たちの「縁」を大切にしたいと思い、この店名にしました。
お客様との距離の近さも、小さいお店ならでは。食材の産地や旬の食材などお料理の説明だけでなく、お酒の銘柄や他愛のない会話も楽しいんですよ。
オープンしてから8年目に突入これからも常連様に愛され続ける居酒屋であり続けたいと思っています。
【一緒に働くスタッフについてご紹介】
オーナー含めて現在は9名在籍中。
アルバイトのスタッフは男性1名、女性7名で10代・20代・30代・40代 と幅広い年代が働いています
電車通勤がほとんどで、中野坂上駅・志村三丁目駅・光が丘駅・下赤塚駅・東高円寺駅などから通われています
アルバイトの皆さんは、ホール業務をメインにドリンクづくりや簡単な盛り付け、といった業務を適宜サポートしていただいています。
現在は、調理をオーナーひとりで切り盛りしているため、お店の体制強化と将来の新規出店を見据えて正社員を募集することに。
当店には「カンパイ」というメニューがあり、これは1000円でお客様が勤務しているスタッフにお酒をご馳走できるシステム。
常連さんは「一緒に乾杯しよう」「いつもありがとう」「これをしないと始まらない」と、よく注文してくださいます。
スタッフ同士の連携や関係性も良好なので、アナタの入社を心待ちにしてくれています
オーナーが一番の教育担当になりますが、周りのアルバイトスタッフも細かいフォローを積極的にしてくれると思うので、

10:00 開店準備・仕込み。
11:30 ランチ営業開始。
昼間の時間帯はパートスタッフと協力しながら回していきます。
14:00
休憩は2時間あります。ゆっくり休んで下さい。
お昼のまかないから、新メニューが生まれることもあります。
16:30 ディナーに向けての準備開始。
17:00 ディナー営業開始。
中野坂上駅周辺のサラリーマンのお客様など仕事終わりの常連様が飲みに来て下さることが多いですが、わざわざ遠くから電車を乗り継いで来店される常連様もいらっしゃいます。
22:00 フードのラストオーダー。
22:30 ドリンクのラストオーダー。
23:00 閉店。閉店作業をして全員が大体23時に上がっています
