楽天モバイルは、高品質なモバイル通信サービスを適正価格で提供するために、国内では実に13年ぶりに承認された4社目のMNO(移動体通信事業者)として、2020年4月より本格サービスを開始しました。2025年2月には850万回線を突破し急速に成長中です。

法人に対しても2023年1月より本格サービス提供を開始し、今後の楽天グループの成長を担う中核事業として大規模な投資を行っており、内外で大きな注目を浴びています。

法人オペレーション課システム企画グループは、社内向けツールからお客様向けのサービスまで、要件定義業務からそれらの実装、実装後のバグの対応など多岐にわたる業務を行っております。その中で、テスト業務は、プロダクトの品質を保証する、法人事業の成功に不可欠な役割を担っています。

募集背景
今回の募集では、重要なテスト業務を担い、高品質なサービス提供を支えていただけるテスト設計メンバーを募集いたします。次々とリリースされる新機能や改善に対し、迅速かつ的確なテストを実施し、潜在的な課題を早期に発見・解決することで、お客様に最高のユーザーエクスペリエンスを提供することを目指しています。

業務内容:
楽天モバイルの法人サービスは、楽天全体でも最も注力している事業の一つです。新たなサービスを世の中に提供する大きなプロジェクトに携わることが出来ます。

<テスト設計業務>
【業務内容】

・テスト戦略策定、テスト計画立案、テストケース設計、テスト実行、テスト結果分析、テスト報告

・テスト自動化の推進

・テストチームのマネジメント、メンバー育成

・開発チームとの連携、コミュニケーション

・テストに関する最新技術調査、導入検討

<働く環境>
若手のメンバーが多いフレッシュな環境です。楽天モバイルサービス自体が楽天の中でも新しいサービスなので、社歴が最長のメンバーでも5年程です。入社前の業界は通信業界、メーカー、商社、ベンチャーなど様々なバックグラウンドを持ったメンバーが集まっています。

働く環境:
部署 約100名 / 課 約65名

通信業、製造業、販売業、新卒など

必須要件:
・ソフトウェア開発経験、又はソフトウェアテスト経験3年以上

・テスト設計、テストケース作成、テスト実行、テスト結果分析の経験

・テスト自動化ツールの利用経験

・テスト設計手法に関する知識

・チームでのコミュニケーション能力

・問題解決能力

・責任感、高い学習意欲

・テストリーダー経験

・テスト自動化フレームワーク構築経験

・アジャイル開発経験

・英語力(技術文書読解、会話)

・開発経験

・各種開発言語、ツールへの知識
