学習動画サービスを使う『学校の先生』をサポートするお仕事です。
「期間が決まっているからこそ、まずは一歩」50代からのスタートも応援しています
- 期間限定だから始めやすい
・明確なゴール(4/30まで)で挑戦しやすい
・終了後は他チームで活躍するスタッフも多数
・業務が延長となる場合には、就業期間をご相談させていただく場合があります
「まずはやってみる」から次のキャリアへつながる働き方です。
- 先生の「困った」を電話サポート
ログイン・生徒登録・宿題配信など、先生が『使い方で迷ったとき』に電話でサポートします。
お問い合わせの約1割はメールやチャットでの対応です。
- 画面共有でスムーズに解決
必要に応じて遠隔操作で、先生の画面を確認しながらナビゲート。
「ここをクリックしますね」と一緒に進められるため、迷いをその場で解消できます。
- 研修あり&大手企業の安心環境
短期間のお仕事だけど、丁寧な研修でしっかりサポートします

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)
- 月18日以上の勤務をお願いします
- 小休憩15分あり(有給)
- お休み希望は毎月2日間まで提出OK
- 残業ほとんどなし月3h以内(1分単位で給与計算)
