大手企業の英語学習サービスの、申し込みから利用開始までをサポートするお仕事です
サービスを利用している先生・生徒からの問い合わせ対応と、それに付随する事務業務をお願いします。
「登録のしかたを教えてほしい」
「課題をやったのに反映されていない」
といった問い合わせに、電話・メール・チャットでご案内します。
対応内容を記録したり、申し込み情報を整理したりする業務もあります。
コツコツと丁寧に作業するのが好きな方に向いているお仕事です。
3~4名の小さなチームなので、すぐに声をかけ合える距離感。
わからないこともその場で相談できて、「ありがとう」が行き交う、あたたかい雰囲気です。
使うツールは Outlook・Teams・Excel など、なじみのあるものが中心。
研修で少しずつ覚えながら、安心して業務に慣れていけます。
短期でゴールが決まってるので思いっきり働けます

コールセンター経験がある方(年数や業種は問いません) / その他資格は不問 / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK)
