オフィス全体をサポートする「縁の下の力持ち」として、書類作成やデータ入力、社内連絡の取りまとめなどを行うお仕事です。最初は、先輩が担当している業務の一部を手伝うところからスタートします。
具体的には…
- Word・Excelを使ったカンタンな書類・一覧表の作成
- 来客時の受付・ご案内(お茶出しなど)
- 取引先へのメール送信(定型文を使った連絡が中心)
- 社内チャットツールを使った連絡のとりまとめ
- 書類のコピー・製本・ファイリング
- 会議準備(資料の印刷、会議室のセッティング) など
入社後のフォロー
- 最初の1ヶ月は、先輩社員がマンツーマンで仕事の進め方をレクチャー
- 社内用語やルールも、メモを取りながら一つずつ覚えていけるペースで説明
- 分からないことはチャットやその場で質問できる雰囲気です
身につくスキル
- 社会人としてのビジネスマナー(電話の取り方・メールの書き方など)
- 基本的なPCスキル(Word・Excel・メールソフトの使い方)
- 社内外の人とスムーズにやり取りするコミュニケーション力
