来場者が心身ともにリフレッシュできる複合施設の運営を通じて、家族や友人との思い出を作る場所、より良い未来を築くための学びの場を提供していきます。

業務内容

施設内の飲食系物販(スーベニア全般、加工食品・菓子・ドリンク・ギフトなど)の企画〜開発〜立ち上げ。物流担当者と連携した保管計画、調達計画の策定 等

<商品企画・レシピ/仕様開発>45%

・商品コンセプト・ターゲット・価格帯の設計

・レシピ・仕様書の作成(自社開発またはOEM先と共同)

・原価・売価設計、収益性シミュレーション

・表示・ラベリング(原材料・アレルゲン・栄養成分)の設計

<発売準備・MD・オペレーション設計>30%

・ロット・賞味期限・在庫回転を踏まえたMD設計

・製造〜納品〜店頭陳列〜在庫管理までのフロー設計

・品質基準・検査フローの設定(試験販売〜本ローンチ)

・店頭スタッフへの商品説明・トレーニング資料作成

<デザイン・マーケティング・ブランド連携>25%

・パッケージデザイン・ネーミングのディレクション

・マーケチームと連携したプロモーション・ストーリーテリング

・SNSやECでの見せ方・訴求ポイントの整理

・他業態(レストラン、ベーカリー、宿泊)とのクロスセル施策企画

※出張:月3~5回程度、国内を予定

応募資格

  • 必須スキル

・食品・菓子メーカー、飲食チェーン本部などでの商品開発経験5年以上

・レシピ/仕様設計またはOEM先との開発調整の経験

・商品企画スキル(コンセプト設計〜仕様書作成まで)

・OEM先・社内キッチンとの調整・ディレクションスキル

・数値分析スキル(売上・粗利・回転率の基本的な分析)

・PCスキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint等)がある方

  • 歓迎スキル

・土産物・ギフト・地域ブランド商品の開発経験

・原価計算・販売計画・収益性のシミュレーションスキル

・食品表示(原材料表示・アレルゲン等)の基礎知識

・EC・D2Cブランド運営/立ち上げ経験

・パッケージ・グラフィックデザインに関する知見(デザイナーとの協働経験)

・マーケティング(SNS・キャンペーン・ストーリーテリング)の実務経験

・PRODUCT開発を社内外横断的に遂行~売上計画達成までの成功体験
