当社はオウンドメディア・BPO事業を展開する上場企業です。

2024年に発足したリスティング広告部署は、少数精鋭ながら立ち上げわずか1年で全事業中トップクラスの成長(昨年対比150%)を記録しました。

SEOメディア事業のエースが立ち上げたこの「勝てる組織」を、さらに拡大させるフェーズに入ります。

今回は、ジャンル選定から運用までを一任できる即戦力のWebマーケターを募集します。

以下のような方をお待ちしております。

・リスティング2年以上

・任せたジャンルを自走してPDCAを回せる方

・収益性の高いジャンルが把握できている方

【具体的な業務内容】

単なる広告運用代行ではありません。

「どのジャンルで」「どのASP案件を」「どう獲得するか」という事業戦略に近い部分からお任せします。

・Google/Yahoo広告の運用(リスティング中心)

・広告効果の分析/改善施策の立案

・LP構成、改善ディレクション

・ASP(アフィリエイトサービスプロバイダー)の選定・最適化

・ジャンル選定および事業計画へ紐づく戦略の提案

・子会社の新規事業マーケティングの支援

※前職の年収に併せて考慮いたします。
