大手金融グループのデータ戦略部門に属し、グループ全体のデータ利活用を戦略的資産として位置付け、競争優位性を高めるための重要な役割を担います。組織横断的なデータ専門チームの一員として、データ戦略の推進に貢献します。
■ 職務内容
(雇入れ直後)グループ内のデータ利活用・AI関連プロジェクトに参画し、基盤構築、データガバナンス確立、ビジネスインテリジェンス(BI)提供、データ分析などを実行します。SQL/Python等を用いたデータ分析、PowerBI等でのダッシュボード作成、業務プロセスの分析・改善・自動化、データ啓蒙・研修の実施など、多岐にわたるデータ戦略実行を担います。

■ 応募資格
* 3〜7年のビッグデータ分析経験と現在も関連職務に従事していること
* Python (pandas, numpy, etc.)、SQL、Snowflake等の実務スキルとデータサイエンスのビジネス実装実績。
* PowerBIによるBI・データ可視化のスキル・経験。
* 業務プロセスの分析・改善・Python等を用いた自動化経験
* 金融業界への強い関心や基本的なビジネススキルとデータ分析スキル
* アジャイル開発・プロジェクトの参加/運営経験
* ネイティブレベルの日本語
■ 歓迎条件
* コンピューターサイエンス、統計学、計量経済経済学等の**学士号または修士号
* Pythonによる機械学習、MLOps関連の経験・スキル
* AWSサービスの利活用実績、AWS認定資格(例:Solutions Architect Associate)
* Jira等を用いたプロジェクトマネジメント経験
* ChatGPT等のLLMを用いたアプリ・ツール開発経験
