当社が提供する輸配送最適化ソリューション「Loogia」は、2019年のサービス提供開始からわずか数年で累計200社以上に導入され、日本を代表する物流DXプロダクトへと成長しています。その実績と当社の独自技術に対する期待から、トヨタ自動車をはじめとするトップ企業からの資金調達も実現し、シリーズA・Bを合わせて累計30億円超の資金を調達しました。
現在、多くのエンタープライズ顧客が抱える物流課題は多岐にわたり、Loogia単体では解決しきれない複合的なニーズが増加しています。この課題に応えるため、外部の優秀なソリューションや企業を戦略的に発掘し、提携を通じて「新たなソリューション」を共創することが、当社の次の成長フェーズにおいて不可欠です。
また、エンタープライズ領域での事業機会が増加する中、経営課題を深く理解し、戦略的な仮説構築に基づいた商談機会を創出する体制強化も急務です。
このポジションでは、経営視点を持った戦略立案を学びつつ、アライアンス推進と市場開拓を両輪で実行するリーダーシップを期待します。戦略と実行の両方を極めたいという意欲的かつ行動的な、将来的なリーダー候補を求めています。
業務内容
顧客の真のニーズを起点とし、自社ソリューションの価値を最大化する外部パートナー・ソリューションを特定。提携交渉から具体的な事業スキームの設計、ソリューションの市場投入までを一気通貫で推進していただきます。
単なるプロダクトの販売チャネルを増やす仕事ではなく、「市場の最適解を創る」戦略的なビジネス開発です。
- 戦略的提携先のソーシングと発掘
- エンタープライズ顧客のDX戦略やLoogiaの導入実績から、代替・補完ソリューションの具体的な要件を定義
- 最適な外部企業(SaaS、ハードウェア、SIerなど)をリストアップし、トップダウンで戦略的アプローチを実行
- アライアンスの企画・交渉・実行
- 提携候補先との共同ソリューションの事業性評価(ビジネスモデル、収益性、技術連携の検証)を主導
- 経営陣を巻き込んだ高度な提携交渉をリードし、契約締結まで推進
- 共同ソリューションの市場導入と連携推進
- プロダクト開発チーム、セールスチームと連携し、提携ソリューションのインテグレーションを推進
- 提携先との共同マーケティング、営業戦略を策定し、市場における成功まで伴走

人材要件
必須要件
- エンタープライズ営業、アライアンスセールス、事業開発いずれかの実務経験
- 社内外の多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進した経験
- 自社の商材やサービスだけでなく、顧客の経営・事業全体に興味を持ち、課題解決に貢献したいという強い意欲
- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel, PowerPoint等)およびドキュメンテーション能力

- 大企業向けへの提案・折衝経験
- 物流業界、サプライチェーン領域でのビジネス経験・知見
