ServiceNowのアプリ開発プロジェクトマネージャー

要件ヒアリング・現状把握

顧客とのキックオフ、業務ワークショップの進行

現行業務フローのヒアリング、課題抽出、ログ/データ確認

成果物:要件ヒアリングメモ、AS-ISフロー図、

主要ステークホルダー一覧

要件定義

機能要件(画面・項目・トランザクション)

非機能要件(性能・可用性・セキュリティ)の整理

優先度(MVP)付け、受け入れ基準(Acceptance Criteria)定義

ServiceNow上でのデータモデル設計

(テーブル/フィールド設計、CMDB連携の検討)

UI/UX設計(フォーム、リスト、ポータル)

自動化フロー設計

外部システム連携方式(API仕様、Authentication、Batch/Real-timeの選定)

基本設計書

ER図

画面モック(Wireframe)

API仕様書(サンプル)

見積り・スコープ管理

ストーリーポイントや工数見積り

優先順位によるスコープ調整

定例会議、レビュー会、合意形成(SLA・運用ルールの決定)
