仕事内容:

■ 総務・事務業務

備品発注・管理、社内環境整備、郵便物対応、業者・荷受け対応など、オフィス運営全般をお任せします。

■ 営業サポート

営業や店舗担当からの依頼対応など、営業活動を支える事務業務。

■ 来客・電話対応

電話応対、来社されたお客様の受付・一次対応。

■ 車両・契約・施設管理

社用車管理、事故時の一次対応、契約物件・駐車場・社宅管理、鍵・契約書類の管理。

■ 人事・社内サポート

新入社員手続き補助、健康診断対応、社内周知関連業務。

■ その他

社内イベント運営サポート、緊急時対応、各部署の補助業務。

・高卒以上

※総務・事務の実務経験をお持ちの方歓迎

・基本的なPCスキル

(Word、Excel、PowerPointなどのオフィスソフトの使用経験)
