グループホームの

夜間支援員として

利⽤者さんが⾃⽴した

⽣活を送れるように、

家事や健康管理のサポート

をお任せします。

【主な仕事内容】

※⼀例ですのでシフトに

よって異なります

<夕勤>

  • バイタルチェック

・利用者さんが仕事からホームに

帰宅するのをお迎え。

・体調に問題ないか

必要に応じてチェック。

  • 夕食づくり

  • 入浴準備

浴室を清掃し入浴ができるように準備。

  • 夕食盛り付け

スムーズに食事が取れるように

盛り付けや配膳のサポート。

  • 夕食提供

みんなで食事を摂り、利用者さんと

コミュニケーションをとる。

  • 服薬確認

正しく薬が飲めているかサポート。

  • 食器洗浄

利用者さんと一緒に夕食の食器の

後片付け。

  • 記録・相談支援

利用者さんの様子を見ながら

その日の出来事や悩み事を聞いたり、

相談に乗ったりする相談業務。

  • 共用部清掃

掃除をして、夕方の利用者さんの

様子を記録。

  • 就寝サポート

利用者さんが、規則正しく

就寝できるようにサポート。

  • 巡回、記録

利用者さんが寝た後に、

利用者さんの様子を記録。

  • 朝の世話人へ引き継ぎ

夜間の利用者さんの様子を

朝のスタッフに引き継ぎ。

  • 朝食準備、盛り付け

利用者さんの起床に合わせて

朝食を作ります。

  • 朝食提供、服薬確認

朝食を摂り、正しく薬が

飲めているかサポート。

  • 利用者さんの送り出し

※わからないことや困りごとがあった際は

いつでも連絡がつながる環境を⽤意しています。

22:00~翌9:00(休憩3時間)

※週1日~OK

※他の時間帯は

別途募集しております。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1200円 〜 1500円

22時~翌5時:時給1500円

それ以外の時間は時給1200円です。
