【仕事内容】
・保険比較サイトの資料請求ボタン、保険相談希望ボタンを押された方へのお電話 ・保険に関してのヒアリング、ご案内(見込みのあるお客様は代理店に引き継 ※架電数:40件/日(つながるのは3~4割です) ・入電対応(折り返しの入電など~10件ほど/日) ・専用システム、スプレットシートへの入力 興味がある方へのご案内架電です新規営業はありません 在宅勤務について 研修期間(3週間~約1ヶ月)は完全出社、その後週3日は在宅勤務です 土日祝出勤の際は必ず在宅勤務となります。
