仕事内容:
法人営業部は、企業の成長を加速させるために、通信・IT・DX支援を軸にした 提案型セールス を展開するポジションです。
テレアポと訪問を組み合わせながら、課題発見から改善提案、導入支援まで一気通貫で担当し、企業の経営に直接インパクトを与える仕事です。
■ ① テレアポで新規の入口を切り開く
営業活動のスタートは、企業へのアプローチ。
電話で経営課題や通信環境の現状を確認し、商談のきっかけをつくります。
ただのアポイント取りではなく、「この企業に価値を届けられるか」を見極める重要な役割。
トークスクリプトをベースに、自分の言葉で磨き込むほど成果が伸びます。
■ ② 商談で課題を見抜き、改善のストーリーを描く
訪問時には、業務フローやコスト構造、コミュニケーション環境などを丁寧にヒアリング。
その上で、スマホ・タブレット・クラウドツール・DX施策を組み合わせて、
企業が目指す未来から逆算した提案を行います。
"モノを売る"のではなく、ビジネスの成長戦略に入り込む仕事です。
■ ③ 導入支援で成果を確実に形にする
契約後は端末調整や設定支援、運用レクチャーまで伴走。
導入がスムーズに進むことで企業の業務改善が加速し、
「貴社に頼んで良かった」と言われる瞬間が訪れます。
提案の価値が結果として見える、営業冥利に尽きる工程です。
■ ④ 継続フォローで長期的な取引をつくる
導入して終わりではなく、定期的に訪問・電話でフォローし、
追加提案や部署拡大、コスト最適化を行いながら中長期の関係性を育てます。
