GEヘルスケア・ジャパンの超音波本部では、多様性のある製品ラインアップを通じて様々な医療 施設へソリューション提供を行っています。また新しいビジネスモデルの構築や新市場の開拓と 継続的な成長へ向けて活動しています本ポジションでは、超音波診断装置全般の専門家として、担当エリアのパートナー企業と協業し、大学・国公立病院、一般病院等の各診療科の医師や、超音波診断を担当する技師など に対して、最新の技術情報の提供や、装置の操作説明、特定疾患や幹部に特化したソリューショ ンの提案、社内のApplication Specialistとの連携などを通じた営業活動を展開していただきます。

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities- 大学・国公立病院、一般病院・開業医等の医師・技師に対しての超音波診断装置の営業
- 取扱い製品:超音波診断装置すべての拡販
- 既存顧客に対するフォローと新規開拓及び新たな市場の創出
- 予算制・基幹病院に対してのしっかりとしたアプローチ
- Key Opinion Leaderと関係構築・活用を通じた市場シェア獲得
- 啓発活動・教育を通じた医療の質の向上
- 担当領域における販売額、利益、市場シェアの最大化と、製品及びソリューションによる高い
- 顧客満足の獲得、製品のデモンストレーション、顧客訪問、フォローアップなどの企画・計画
- 商談の鍵となるKey Opinion Leaderの情報等を含む顧客情報の作成・記録・メンテナンス
- チームおよび会社のリソースを最大限活用した、良好かつ長期的な顧客関係の構築
- 営業開拓の可能性を最大化させるために、関連ファンクション(営業、マーケティング、サー
- ビスチームなど)とのやり取り、リード
- 担当領域における製品およびソリューション提供の営業サポート
- 情報ツールの活用により、市場情報(競合他社情報を含む)を把握し、正確な現状のデータ及び 予想される情報の顧客への提供を行う
- テクニカルアドバイスや最新の医療情報、臨床資料などの提供
- モダリティーの枠を越えた連携・協働
Required Qualifications
- 2-3年以上の医療業界における営業経験
- 超音波機器以外にも、商材問わず、病院に対する営業経験があること
- 市場や環境の変化を恐れず柔軟に対応できチャレンジ精神旺盛な方、自己管理がしっかりできる方
- 英語力:不問(ただし、入社後、ご自身が望むキャリアの方向性によっては、英語力を必要とする場合があります)
- 要普通自動車免許
