【仕事内容】
生成AIを活用したプロダクト・機能開発、および社内向けツールの設計・実装をお任せします。
プロトタイピングから実運用まで幅広く携わることが可能です。
本ポジションでは、会社としてもまだ正解が見えていないテーマに対し、
「ゼロイチ」で考え、形にする」フェーズから関わっていただきます。
また他クリエイターと同じく、実際のプロジェクトに携わって頂く等、
ご自身の専門領域にとどまらず、さまざまなことにチャレンジできるポジションです。
【具体的には】
・AIエージェントのプロトタイピング・運用
・社内外向けダッシュボード・ツールの開発
・アンケートや定量データを用いた分析・提案
・ LangChainを用いたLLMワークフローの設計と実装
・実プロジェクトでのAI活用(プロダクト開発の効率化・プロダクト自体のAI導入)
【開発環境】
バックエンド:Python(FastAPI)、(Express)、AIエージェント構築(LangChain / LangGraph
データ分析・機械学習:pandas / numpy / matplotlib / seaborn、Snowflake
フロントエンド:JavaScript / TypeScript、
クラウド / インフラ:AWS(EC2、S3、Lambda、ECS / ECR、DocumentDB)
AI・LLM環境:OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini、ローカルLLM(Ollama) その他ツール:Figma、Slack、Cursor(AIペアプログラミング)

・アプリケーションの開発・運用経験
- API開発経験
- インフラ構築経験
・AIやLLMを活用したプロジェクト実務経験

・英語でのコミュニケーション能力(ベトナムの開発メンバーとやり取りあり)
・SQLを用いた大規模データの分析経験
・機械学習モデルの構築経験
【給与】
年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
