職務内容
ソリューションアーキテクトとして技術実装チームを率い、当社ソリューションの導入を成功に導いて頂きます
要件定義・設計・構築・移行の各フェーズを通して、顧客の期待を超えるソリューションを提供することが求められます
技術実装チームを率いて、ソリューション導入のあらゆる側面を担当します
当社ソリューション群の深い理解を通じ、顧客要件を技術ソリューションへと変換します
主要な見込み顧客に対して、PoC(概念実証)の提供を主導または支援します
要件定義、ユースケース、機能仕様書の作成を主導または支援します
オフショアメンバーを含むプロジェクトメンバーのタスクを監督・管理し、成果物のレビューを実施します
応募資格
必須条件:
コンピューターサイエンス/IT、またはエンジニアリング分野の学士号または修士号(または同等の経験)
業務システム構築プロジェクト、または業務/ITコンサルティングプロジェクトでの5年以上の実績
アーキテクト、ないしそれに類する役割で、エンタープライズソフトウェア導入を遂行した実績
大規模な業務システム構築手法に関する深い理解
顧客及び社内チームメンバーと専門的なコミュニケーションを取る能力、及び文書作成能力
業務システムにおけるデータモデリング能力
最小限の監督で業務を遂行できる能力
優遇される条件:
自動車、航空宇宙・防衛、消費財、ハイテク電子機器、造船業界での経験
エンジニアリング変更管理プロセス(CMII、CMPIC)、フェーズゲート型プロジェクト管理、品質システムプロセス、要件管理、DFMEA、PFMEA、CAPA、製造プロセス計画、MROなどの知識
PMPまたはSAFe認定保持者
アジャイル/スクラム開発におけるチームリード経験
データベースやプログラミング言語(C#、JavaScriptなど)に関する深い理解と経験
レガシーシステムからのデータ移行に関する経験
