当社クラウドサービス事業部は、BtoC向けクラウドサービスやモバイルアプリの分野で事業拡大を続けており、安定した成長を実現しています。こうした中、さらなる顧客価値創出に向けて、現場や営業部門が顧客課題をより深く捉え、積極的な改善提案ができる体制強化が必要と考えています。また、テスト自動化やAI活用をはじめとする最先端技術を持つ人材も増えてきましたが、それらのスキルや知見をより組織的に活用し、サービスへ反映していくことも今後の重要なテーマです。これらの課題解決に向けて、新たな仲間をお迎えし、組織力のさらなる向上と、多様な顧客ニーズへの柔軟な対応を目指して増員募集を行います。

  • 業務内容:クラウド事業部においてPMO業務をお任せいたします。

・進捗・課題・コスト・品質の集約・分析・レポート作成

・プロジェクト管理プロセス・業務ルールの標準化推進、テンプレート整備

・会議・タスクフォース運営サポート(定例MTG調整、議事録、アクション・ToDo管理)

・管理ツール(Redmine・Backlog等)の導入・運用支援

・PJ横断データ分析によるリスク・課題整理とPMへの報告

・業務効率化、環境最適化の改善提案・推進

・テスト工程管理、品質KPIモニタリング、品質向上支援

・社内外との連携・折衝サポート、ベンダーマネジメント補助

・ITツール導入、アジャイル開発・スクラム運営支援など

・日常生活に密着したBtoCのWeb・モバイルサービス(SNS・コミュニティサービス、Eコマース、決済関連サービス、メディア・コンテンツ配信、マッチング・予約プラットフォーム 等)を中心に"世の中に使われる"サービスの品質を支えます。

・受託型案件が7~8割そのためリモートワークやフレックスなどの柔軟性も高い。

・AI×QA推進(AI4QA)AIを用いたテスト自動化/AIプロダクトの品質保証に携われる、最先端分野あり。

・若手~30代のメンバー中心/現場裁量が大きく、自主的な提案・チャレンジを後押しする文化。

・プライムで顧客と直接やり取り。チーム単位で顧客折衝~戦略立案・提案まで経験可能。

・総勢:91名(1課43名、2課17名、3課29名 ※25年5末現在)

・平均年齢30代前半前後と若手~中堅層の成長意欲の高いメンバーが活躍

・チーム体制例:大規模案件 30名、小規模チーム 2~5名など、本人志向や成長度合いも考慮してアサイン

  • 働き方・環境

・受託型PJ(7~8割)は江戸川橋テクニカルセンターでの業務が中心

・顧客常駐PJあり(2~3割)

・フルリモート案件は一部となります。(原則は案件・PJによる/例:リモート2~3日×週・出社2日など応相談)

・長期出張ほぼなし(年1-2回短期出張例あり)

応募資格

  • 必須要件:

・開発経験:3年以上

・PJリーダー・チームマネジメント・メンバー育成経験:5年以上

  • 歓迎条件:

・PMOの経験

・QA業務経験(テスト実行のみは不可)

  • 求める人物像

・お客様の品質を上げるため、常にロジカルに考えることが出来る方

・高いコミュニケーション能力を持ち、お客様及び開発ベンダーやエンドユーザーなど複数ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

待遇

  • 想定年収:550万円~890万円

  • 基本給:283,000~430,178円

  • 賃金形態:月給制

  • 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給

  • 残業手当:有 残業時間に応じて別途支給

  • 試用期間:有 (3ヶ月)

  • 賞与:年2回 2024年度の実績:5.8ヶ月(夏季:3.0ヶ月、冬季:2.8ヶ月 夏冬合計月 数)

※算定期間途中で入社の場合も初回の賞与については期間按分せず、半期分を満額支給(標準評価3zにて支給 )

  • その他:選考結果によっては契約社員で内定となる可能性があります。

初年度:入社月に応じて4~14日付与(入社月から取得可能)
