仕事内容:

  • 補聴器のカウンセリング・販売、調整、アフターフォロー

※管理職・売上ノルマなし※最初から全て任せることはありません

求める人材:

  • 補聴器販売/フィッティング経験者
  • 資格保有者歓迎(認定補聴器技能者・言語聴覚士)
  • 高齢者対応を大切にできる方
  • チームワークが得意な方

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 9:15〜18:00(休憩45分)
  • 残業なし

休暇・休日:

  • 木曜・日曜・祝日休み(完全週休2日制)年間休日126日程度
  • 夏季休暇:3日、年末年始休暇:3日
  • 有給休暇:法定通り付与
  • 育児・介護での有給取得も積極的

給与:

  • 年俸制 + 賞与年2回(年俸外、6月・12月)**資格・能力・実績を考慮の上、優遇いたします
