【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

各製品(既存の主力製品から新規立ち上げプロダクトまで)において、顧客のビジネス課題やインサイトを深く理解し、より良いUXを提供するための戦略立案から実行までを推進いただきます。

単なる画面設計にとどまらず、事業責任者と直接ディスカッションを行い、プロダクトの方向性を決定づけるポジションです。

【職務詳細】

■UXリサーチ・戦略策定

・定性・定量リサーチ(ユーザーインタビュー、行動データ分析など)の実施

・顧客インサイトの抽出と、それに基づく現状の顧客体験のモデル化(CJMなど)

・プロダクトオーナーや事業責任者への改善提案、新機能の企画立案

■UXデザイン・設計

・人間中心設計(HCD)やデザイン思考を用いたUX設計

・情報設計、ワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイプの作成

・エンジニア、PMと連携した仕様策定と実装のディレクション

■組織・プロセス開発

・UXリサーチ、プロダクトマネジメントに関わる社内プロセスの構築・改善

・UXデザイン室のメンバーマネジメント(目標設定、評価、育成)

【求める人材】

【必須】※下記いずれかの経験

・Web/ITプロダクトにおけるプロダクトマネジメントまたは事業企画の実務経験

(3年以上目安)

・事業責任者や経営層と連携し、プロダクト戦略の策定・実行をリードしたご経験

・市場分析、ユーザーリサーチ(定性・定量)に基づき、プロダクトの要件定義からリリースまでを推進したご経験

【尚可】

・事業/サービス/プロダクトをドライブした経験

(責任者としてではなくメンバーとしてでも歓迎)

【給与】

年収:830万~1000万程度

月給制:月額601149円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月、12月 ※決算賞与)

昇給:年2回(4月、10月)

東京都千代田区有楽町2-2-1 X-PRESS有楽町 12階

三田線「日比谷」駅より徒歩2分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

9時00分~18時00分※ライフスタイルやコンディション等に応じた時差勤務制度有

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月)
