職務内容

  • 一般事務職 人事(DE&I・カルチャー醸成推進)

社員が安心して自分らしく働ける組織風土を醸成するためにDEI&B(※)の重要性を社内外に発信し、全社的な推進体制を構築していく部署です。※ダイバーシティ・エクイティ・インクルージョン&ビロンギングの略

基本的には、メイン担当者のアシスタントとして、バックオフィス・一般事務業務を中心に取り組んでいただく予定です。

※ご経験やご意向を伺った上で配属先を検討します。

※将来的に会社の定める業務(出向含む)へ変更されることがあります。

給与

月給190,000円~280,000円

想定年収 350万円~500万円

※経験、スキル、現職(前職)給与を考慮して決定いたします。

昇給・賞与

昇給:昇給:年1回

※契約社員の場合は契約更新時に給与見直しの可能性あり。

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

勤務時間

フレックスタイム制

※ 標準労働時間帯:9:00~17:30

※ 標準労働時間:7時間半
