- 販売・マネジメント研修の企画・運営(ジュエリー、ウォッチ、ハイエンド製品)
- HQと連携し、グローバル研修プログラムをローカライズ
- 社員・リテールパートナーへのトレーニング実施(対面・デジタル)
- クライアント体験向上のためのスキル開発
- 研修効果の評価と改善提案
理想の人材
- 下記のいずれかのご経験
- ジュエリー・ウォッチ業界での販売経験
- LuxuryホテルでコンシェルジュサービスやレセプショニストにおけるSV以上のご経験
- プレゼンテーション・ファシリテーションスキル
- ネイティブレベルの日本語+ビジネス英語
- PCスキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
