仕事内容:

ECセールスチームの運営担当として、ECサイトの成長を支える重要なお仕事をお任せします。お客様の「ありがとう」がやりがいになる、会社の成長を支える役割です。

主な業務内容

  • EC売上管理・分析: 売上データや顧客データを集計し、分析をサポートします。
  • 問合せ対応: メールでのお客様対応(toCメイン、一部toBもあり/電話は無し)。
  • 返品・交換対応: 返品商品の受付から発送処理までの一連の業務。
  • 受発注関連: 受注データの入力や発注。倉庫との連携。
  • オフィス備品管理・発注: オフィス環境を整えるための管理業務。

  • ECモールの店長業務
  • 販売戦略の企画・実行

■1日の業務の流れ

※以下は一例です。働き方やスケジュールは、問合せ件数やMTG等により都度変化します。

パソコンを立ち上げて業務開始。Slalcで連絡事項を確認。

担当ECモールの前日売上データをチェックし軽く分析

※得意な方や希望される方には、業務時間内に、塗装作業や動画出演をお願いすることがあります。但し「エアブラシでの塗装」が担当業務となる事はありまえん。

勤務時間・曜日:

チーム内調整でフルフレックスタイム制の利用が可能です。

1日8時間勤務 例:8:00〜17:00、9:00〜18:00 など

※チーム内調整でフルフレックスタイム制の利用が可能です。月曜と水曜、および休日明けは出社必須となります。

休暇・休日: 完全週休2日制(土日祝) 年間休日120日以上

※イベント等で休日出勤が発生する場合があります。その際は、必ず平日に振替休日を取得していただきます。

当社は、キャンプ商材・ラジコンや模型などのものづくりに関連する事業を展開しています。アウトドア好きであれば、キャンプイベント、模型好きならモデラーが集まるイベントなどへの参加なども相談する事があります

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日・祝)

・年間休日120日以上

・有給休暇(法定通り)

・夏期及び冬期1日

※下記は7~9月の間に2日、冬季は12~2月の間に1日休暇取得が可能です

※8月お盆に有給休暇奨励日あり・年末年始12/29~1/3は公休です

オフィス所在地: 東京都渋谷区千駄ヶ谷

イベント参加に伴う出張が発生する場合がありますが、強制参加ではありません。アウトドアやものづくりがお好きな方は、積極的にイベントに参加していただくことも可能です。

  • 都営地下鉄大江戸線 国立競技場駅:徒歩5分
  • 東京メトロ副都心線 北参道駅:徒歩10分
  • 都営バス 明治公園前:徒歩1分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥256,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,900(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※類似業務が未経験の方は契約社員からのスタートです

※1年~2年後には正社員化を目指して頂きます

記載の月給には、みなし残業手当(月20時間分/435,900円)*が含まれています。みなし残業時間を超過した場合は、別途支給します。(申請が必要)
