<業務概要・役割>

5-10年先の商品化を目指した次世代電動車車両の先行開発部署

・電動車の走行性能、燃費(電費)性能の検討

・BEV/PHEV/HEVの走行システム、電源システムの設計および制御構想

・試作車両の適合・評価・計測

競争力がある次世代電動車両を開発するため、社内外で開発される将来技術を広くリサーチし、それらを最適に組み合わせた車両システム設計およびそれを動かす制御構想の提案を行います。

先行開発した結果、フィジビリティが確認できた車両システムが製品開発に移行するため、

我々の成果が将来の競争力の源泉となります。

<担当業務内容>

・車両性能を満足する車両システムへの要求割り付け

・車両性能を満足する電動パワートレインシステムの設計

・車両性能を満足する電動パワートレインシステム制御構想の構築

・試作車両の適合・評価・計測

・電動パワートレインシステムのデザインレビュー

競争力のある次世代電動車両を開発するためには、積極的に新たな技術を取り入れる必要があります。これまで経験したことが無い技術分野についても、積極的に学び、誠意と熱意をもって知見者を巻き込めるエンジニアを求めています。

新しい領域に挑戦する業務を担っているため、新しい意見や情報を取り入れる、活気ある職場です。

少人数チームで作業するため年齢に関係なく、フラットな関係で仕事ができる環境です。

机上検討は厚木の日産先進技術センターで行います。車両実験は実験内容に合わせて、栃木、北海道のプルービンググランドで行います。海外で車両実験を行う機会もあります。

・先行車両開発部では車両コンセプトの提案から試作車両を用いた具現化、商品化提案するまで一気通貫で行うため、新しい車を自らの手で作り上げているという実感を持つことができます。

・自動車に関わる様々な分野の最先端の技術に触れる機会が多いため、エンジニアとして広い視野を得ることができます。

・車両全体を考える業務であり車両開発全体に対して広い知識を得られるため、将来的には車両開発全体に広い知見を持ったテクニカルエキスパートやマネジメントポジションに進むことができます。

■MUST

・パワートレインシステム あるいはシャシーシステムの開発経験(3年以上)もしくはMATLAB/Simulinkを用いた制御開発もしくは車両性能検討の経験(3年以上)

もしくは 電動車車両の走行性能、燃費性能の検討(3年以上)いずれかの業務経験がある。

・技術開発に対して熱量を持って自己研鑽に励み、新たな技術分野についても好奇心を持って取り組める

■TOEIC:600点以上

■WANT

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・他のエンジニアを英語でのコミュニケーションができる。

■TOEIC:730点以上
