The company is seeking an experienced
Performance Testing Engineer
to join its Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will bring
4–6 years of expertise in performance and load testing
, with a proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze testing activities. In this role, the engineer will ensure that applications meet the highest standards of scalability, stability, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance test plans aligned with project requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts for performance and load testing.
- Conduct load and stress tests using tools such as Apache JMeter (or equivalent).
- Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to optimize system performance.
- Produce detailed reports and communicate risks or quality concerns to stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on performance testing.
- Strong proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Solid understanding of web application architecture and performance tuning.
- Skilled in scripting, parameterization, and results interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
