TIER IV では自動運転の民主化というミッションの達成に向けて、自動運転のソフトウェアをオープンソース化するとともに、車両に組み上げたシステムとして提供しています。 自動運転ソフトウェアは複雑なアルゴリズムやロジックから構成されている一方で、限られた資源を効率的に活用し高い応答性を実現する必要があります。
システムやソフトウェアの構造を理解し、複雑性や性能といったトレードオフを考慮したソフトウェア開発を共に推進するソフトウェア技術者を募集しています。
【仕事内容】
- 自動運転システム及びソフトウェアの処理速度や資源効率性を改善するための分析と課題解決の推進
- 自動運転システム及びソフトウェアで発生した性能起因と思われる不具合の原因調査と対策推進
- 自動運転システム及びソフトウェアの性能評価と分析に用いる作業のプロセス・基盤の構築
- 非機能要件の計測指標の策定及び計測・分析の実施。分析に基づいた課題の抽出と対策の推進
- 発見された課題を解決するために、アーキテクチャや技術的手法を提案し、他チームを巻き込みながら推進

Requirements
- 電気電子工学、情報科学、コンピュータ科学、ソフトウェア工学に関する準学士以上の学位
- C/C++ を用いての 3 年以上の製品の開発・保守管理の経験
- Linux と Git の基本的な使い方
- 技術的な英語文章の Reading/Writing スキル
- 日常会話レベルでの日本語の Speaking/Listening スキル
Preferred Experiences
- 性能のボトルネック分析やチューニングの 1 年以上の経験
- ソフトウェアの非機能要件に関する品質改善の 1 年以上の経験
- リファクタリングやリアーキテクチャに関する経験
- ソフトウェア品質改善のためのプロセス構築の経験
- Linux や ROS 2 といったオープンソースソフトウェアを活用した開発経験
- チーム横断で取り組むべき課題の設定から解決まで推進した経験
- ビジネスレベルの英会話の能力

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :48.3万円 ~ 79.1万円 月額基本給 :357,334 円 ~ 585,667円 (固定残業手当を除く額) 固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 126,000 円 ~ 206,000 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
Location(雇入れ直後) 東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル、東京都品川区北品川一丁目19-4 泉北品川ビル及び労働者の自宅 (変更の範囲) 会社の定める場所(テレワークを行う場所を含む)
