【What You Will Do】

• Lead activity-based learning in English
• Engage students in conversation, games & projects
• Support independence & social skills development
• Communicate with parents & Japanese staff (English OK)
• Assist in events & seasonal activities

• Keep the environment safe, fun & welcoming

【Work Conditions】

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Shifts: 10:00–19:00 / 11:00–20:00 (8h + 1h break)

Weekends: Off (5–6 Saturday/Sunday event days per year)

スキル・資格

【Must have】

Native-level English

Currently residing in Japan

Valid work visa or sponsorship eligibility

Degree (2-year associate or higher) or unrestricted work visa

【Preferred Qualifications】

(Plus, not required)

+ Teaching / childcare experience

+ Coaching, tutoring, or activity leading

+ Experience in early childhood or ESL

+ Ability to work in a highly active environment

+ Interest in education & child development

【Language Requirements】

English: Native

Japanese: Not required

(Japanese-free environment for teaching)

労働条件

雇用形態契約給与250万円 ~ 経験考慮の上、応相談

勤務時間: シフト制 11:00-20:00/休憩60分(実働8時間、休憩60分)

休日・休暇: 週休2日制(土日祝) ※場合によって土日出勤あり。年5回程度。
