[Summary]
Contribute to DuPont Vespel business in terms of improving customer satisfaction and performance as Quality Engineer at Utsunomiya plant. Utsunomiya Vespel plant supplies products to customers in APAC region in wide variety of markets such as in Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics incl. Semi-Conductor, etc. Maintaining QMS based on ISO9001, IATF16949 (Automotive) and AS9100 (Aerospace) while satisfying customer requirements and expectation would be one of the key responsibility as Quality Engineer at the plant. Lead and facilitate quality related and cross-functional activities such as problem solving and continuous improvement will be also expectable role.
[Key responsibilities]
- Maintain and improve QMS based on IATF16949 (Automotive) and AS9100 (Aerospace) standards. - Continuous improvement incl. executing scrap reduction. - Management/control product quality provided by domestic CMs. - Facilitate to solve customer complaints/internal quality incidents. - Participate in customer audits. - Conduct supplier audits as auditor. - Exchange quality related information among Vespel sister sites. [Skill and Knowledges] - Written and verbal communication skills both in Japanese and English. - Problem Solving skill, 8D methodology. - Understanding concepts of ISO9001 standards. - Understanding concepts of IATF16949 and AS9100 standards. - Experience in automotive, aerospace or Electronics such as Semi-conductor field. - Technical related background such as Design Engineering, Process Engineering, Technical Service, etc.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us
