【Role Highlights】

• Teach young learners (ages 2–6) in English immersion environment
• Develop communication, expression, confidence & global mindset

• Work closely with Japanese educators & bilingual staff

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

【English Teaching】

• Lead English lessons for early childhood learners
• Prepare weekly lesson plans
• Track learning progress & English goals
• Create positive & immersive classroom environment
• Prepare report cards (twice per year)
• Use songs, games, storytelling, phonics, arts, and movement activities

【Kindergarten Duties】

• Participate in sports, outdoor play, & daily routines
• Assist with child behavior development & social skills
• Communicate with Japanese homeroom teachers (with bilingual support)
• Assist with events, field trips & seasonal performances
• Support with toileting & self-care skills (age-appropriate)

【Event Participation】

(Examples)

• Sports Day
• Music Festival
• Summer Festival (Yukata/Jinbei)
• Halloween (costumes encouraged)
• Christmas
• Graduation Ceremony

【Other Duties】

• Classroom cleaning & shared space tidying
• Extended childcare supervision (rotational basis)
• Safety monitoring & child wellbeing

【Schedule & Work Conditions】

• Monday–Friday (Weekdays only, except event days)
• Shift hours: approx. 10:00–20:00 (8h + break)
• Annual Holidays: 120+ days
• Events may require select Sat/Sun/National Holidays (approx. 5–6/year)

【Training & Onboarding】

We provide structured training for newly hired teachers:

✓ Fully paid onboarding

✓ Initial training + on-site OJT

✓ Curriculum training (phonics, EYFS-based methods, sports, classroom mgmt.)

Ideal for candidates wishing to build serious experience in early childhood education.

Currently residing in Japan (Visa sponsorship available)

Native-level English

Associate Degree (2-year) or higher

OR valid unrestricted working visa

Able to commit long-term

+ Early Childhood / Preschool / Kindergarten teaching

+ Childcare / Camp Counselor / Coaching / Tutoring

+ Performing arts / Music / Drama / Movement

+ Early years education or Montessori interest

+ TEFL/TESOL/ECE certifications

【Language Requirements】

English: Native / Near-Native

Japanese: Not required

【Compensation & Benefits】

• Annual salary: ¥2.5M–¥3.5M
• Social Insurance (full coverage)
