【仕事内容】

※株式会社フルスピード入社後、完全子会社の株式会社クライドに出向となります。

同社は、開発力を強みとする事業開発会社です。

主軸事業であるADMATRIX事業は、同社の売上と利益を牽引しています。

ADMATRIX事業において、事業部長として事業全体の戦略立案から実行、組織マネジメント、事業開発を統括し、事業の成長を牽引するポジションです。

BtoB、インバウンドなどの領域で、既存事業の深耕や新規領域へのチャレンジを行います。

【具体的な業務内容】

①事業戦略の立案と実行

・ADMATRIX事業全体(BtoB・インバウンド他)の事業計画、および営業戦略を策定し、実行をリード

・経営陣へレポーティングを行い、事業運営に関する重要な意思決定を担う

②事業予算の達成

・事業計画に基づきKPIを設計し、予算達成のために組織を牽引

・PLの責任を担い、月次、週次毎の売上、原価、費用の予実管理や経営企画との連携

③営業組織のマネジメントと開発サイドとの折衝

・営業組織全体の統括として、部長陣、メンバーの目標設定及び評価シートの策定、育成、評価を一貫して担当

・事業成長のためにプロダクトのビジネスサイドと開発サイドを繋ぎ、事業開発においても牽引

④各領域のミッション

・BtoB領域:安定収益基盤の大手広告代理店を中心とした再開拓などを通じ、既存事業のさらなる深耕と安定化を図る

・インバウンド領域:開発サイドや提携先などと連携し、差別化となる機能を創出することでさらなる成長を図る

・新規領域:自社既存アセットを使った新たな領域にチャレンジし、フィジビリティスタディや新規サービスの創出を実現

【求める人材】

以下より2つ以上が該当する方を募集しております。

・ Web広告、Webコンサル、マーケティング等の業界にてマネジメントした経験(3年以上)

・ PdMとして、プロダクトの開発サイドとビジネスサイドを繋ぐ折衝をした経験

・ PLの責任を持ち、経営数値に基づいて営業戦略・方針の意思決定の経験(2年以上)

・ 自社プロダクトの営業責任者として10名以上のマネジメント経験(3年以上)

・ データを深く分析し、その洞察を基に戦略立案とPDCAサイクルの管理を行ってきた経験

・ 再現性のあるBtoB営業の成功方程式を構築・実施経験があり、それによる成果を実証できる方

・ 明確な言語能力を持ち、指示や指導を通じてチームを効果的にリードし、周囲を鼓舞するリーダーシップを発揮できる方

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
