管理者(管理職(介護))
【仕事内容】
・居宅介護支援事業所におけるケアマネジメント業務等 ・利用者様のケアプラン作成代行 ・給付管理業務 ・事業所の運営や、加算取得に向けた業務 ・実習生の受け入れなど ・モニタリング・アセスメントの実施 ・管理者業務(スタッフマネジメント・採用面接等) ・社内外関連部署との連携と調整など ※外出業務あり 就業場所:法人の定める場所 業務内容:法人の定める業務
【給与】
【正職員】月給 270,000円 〜
【給与の備考】
試用期間:3ヶ月(同条件) 基本給 185,000円 ・時間外特別調整手当 50,000円 (固定残業代32時間分として ※超過分は別途支給) ・地域手当 20,000円 ・資格手当 15,000円(主任介護支援専門員) 別途支給 ・技能手当 90,000円(※ケアプラン件数によって変動) 【補足】技能手当(25件~)※件数によって変動 勤続賞与あり

【勤務時間】
日勤のみ可 原則 9:00~18:00(休憩60分) *サービス都合等により前後する可能性あり *1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制 (例:30日-171時間,31日-177時間)
