■財務報告に係る内部統制及び整備支援、経営管理モニタリング業務をご担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
■金商法の内部統制報告制度に基づき、当社およびグループ会社に対して整備・運用状況のモニタリング評価
全社的内部統制、業務プロセス統制、全社的決算・財務報告プロセス統制、個別決算プロセス統制、IT統制
■グループ会社とコミュニケーションを取りながら内部統制整備を支援
受注・売上・棚卸資産等に係る業務プロセスの整備支援,業務のフローチャート、業務記述書、RCMの作成支援
■グループで定める基本方針類に基づく準拠性の確認として、国内外のグループ会社に対してモニタリング
■管理・統制の重要項目についての質問表(自己評価票)の依頼・回収・確認(メール)
■自己評価結果の解析・評価報告の策定(取締役会議案作成)
■現地監査の実施案内(メール)
■現地監査の実施(対面もしくはTV会議)
■現地監査結果の解析・評価報告の策定(取締役会議案作成)
※業務内容により、英語を使用する可能性があります。現状、業務での英語使用は、監査2チーム全業務の5割程度です。おもにメールや証憑書確認など文書に関わる...
