モビリティ領域において、タクシー事業者向けの配車システム提供を中心としたサービスを展開しています。スマートフォンアプリを通じて、ユーザーの日常的な移動体験の向上と、事業者の業務効率化を両立する仕組みを構築しています。データを活用したサービス改善を通じ、移動インフラの進化を目指しています。

【募集ポジション】

・アプリ事業におけるCRMリーダー候補

【業務内容】

アプリ事業において、ユーザーの利用促進やロイヤリティ向上、LTV最大化を目的としたCRM施策の企画・設計・運用を担当します。ユーザー分析やセグメンテーションをもとに、キャンペーンや特典、体験設計を推進します。関連部署や外部パートナーと連携しながら、施策の実行から効果検証、改善までを一貫して担います。

【報酬・給与帯】

・年収:700万円〜1,000万円

・12分の1を毎月支給

・45時間分の固定時間外手当を含む

・スキル・経験・能力を考慮して決定

・年2回の評価機会あり

・交通費支給(上限月5万円)

【募集人数】

・若干名

【必須条件・求めるスキル】

・アプリユーザー向けCRM施策の企画経験(目安:2年以上)

・CRMまたはMAツールを活用した設計・運用経験(目安:1年以上)

・ユーザー向けキャンペーンの企画、実行、効果検証(PDCA)経験

【勤務形態・その他】

・雇用形態:正社員

・勤務地:東京都港区

・勤務時間:スーパーフレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
