仕事内容

マンションの管理員業務全般をおまかせします

<具体的には・・・>

  • 受付対応業務

・居住者や来訪者への応対

  • 日常清掃業務

・ごみ置き場の整理・清掃

・廊下や階段など、敷地内の清掃

  • 報告・連絡業務

・日報・月報など各種報告書の作成

・お知らせの掲示・配布

  • 巡回・点検業務

・建物や設備、照明などの点検

  • 立会い業務

・ごみ収集の立会い

・共用部分や設備工事・作業時の立会い

など

入社後は1週間程度の現地研修あり

難しい作業はなく、慣れるまでは

先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポートしますので、
