【仕事内容】

デジタルマーケティング戦略の策定と実行推進を業務としております。

リード獲得からセールス貢献を目的としたマーケティング施策の設計、運用、KPI管理を行います。

デジタル広告の企画、実行、効果測定、分析、最適化、MA/CRMツールを

活用したマーケティングオートメーション施策の設計、運用、効果検証、改善も行います。

自社Webサイト、SNSのコンテンツ企画、運用、パフォーマンス最適化、

WebサイトのUI/UX改善、SEO対策、コンテンツ企画・制作ディレクション、

データ分析とレポーティング、社内外連携とプロジェクト推進も担当します。

【具体的には】

・ デジタルマーケティング戦略の策定と実行推進

・ リード獲得からセールス貢献までを目的としたマーケティング施策の設計、運用、KPI管理

・ デジタル広告(リスティング、ディスプレイ、SNS広告など)の企画、実行、効果測定、分析、最適化

・ MA/CRMツール(例:SalesforceMarketingCloud、Pardot

Marketo等)を活用したマーケティングオートメーション施策の設計、運用、効果検証、改善

・ クリエイティブ管理・ディレクション、テキスト作成

・ WEB・SNSの企画・運用・最適化

・ 自社Webサイト、SNSのコンテンツ企画、運用、パフォーマンス最適化

・ WebサイトのUI/UX、Web導線の改善提案、実行

・ SEO、AI対策の実施と改善

・ コンテンツ企画・制作ディレクション

【求める人材】

・ WEBマーケティングの実務経験5年以上(事業会社/クライアントワーク問わず)

・ WEBプロモーションのメディアプランニング、KPI管理経験

・ WEBプロモーションにおけるLP・クリエティブ制作ディレクション経験

・ データ分析を元にした集客プロモーションにおける課題解決経験

【歓迎】

・ WEB広告(SNS広告、リスティング、ディスプレイ広告等)運用経験

・ 認知、ブランドプロモーション実務経験

・ 施策/PJのPDCAサイクル構築、推進経験

・ 関連部署を巻き込んでのプロジェクト推進経験

・ WEB記事/動画コンテンツの企画・制作進行経験

・ カスタマージャーニーを元にマーケティング施策を実行した経験

・ SQLを用いた、データ抽出・分析経験

【給与】

年収600~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
