職務内容
社会インフラの根幹を支える、産業用電源装置の回路設計業務および改善・支援全般を担当していただきます。
携わっていただく製品としては、情報通信用直流電源装置や交流無停電電源装置となります。
社会・人々の生活の根幹を支える重要な製品となりますので、やりがいを強く感じられます。
具体的な業務内容は以下のとおりです。
産業用電源装置・システムの回路設計/システム設計
産業用電源装置・システムの原価管理(営業支援)
当社協力会社の指導・進捗管理・DX推進支援
設計業務全般のDX推進および業務改善(設計環境整備)

以下の施設に搭載されているバックアップ用の電源装置であり、社会インフラの一翼を担う重要な設備となります。
ビルやショッピングセンター等の商業施設
鉄道(駅)・道路・通信等のインフラ施設
プラント(工場)やデータセンター
上下水道・ダム など
当社は、上記を一例とした様々なフィールドで活躍しており、国内市場において圧倒的なシェアを持っております。
また、昨今需要が高まる系統安定化システム等に使用する大容量蓄電システムと、そのパワーコンディショナも手掛けております。

応募資格
【必須要件】
- 高専卒以上
電気系(電気回路・電子回路等の知識をお持ち)の方
情報システム処理に関する知識をお持ちの方
【歓迎要件】
- Brics-CADによる作図・操作経験がある方
Excel VBA・Power Automate等の知識・スキルをお持ちの方
パワーエレクトロニクスや機械設計製図に関する知識をお持ちの方
《特に歓迎》
- 無停電電源装置(UPS/CVCF)・直流電源装置のシステム設計に関する知識・ご経験をお持ちの方
- 設計業務のDX推進・業務改善に関する経験をお持ちの方

【給与】月給28万円~43万円
【想定年収】520万円~810万円
【モデル年収】(大卒,平均20時間/月残業込,諸手当別)

・35歳/770万円
【勤務時間】8:15~16:50(所定労働時間7時間50分)
