【具体的な業務内容】
- 総務・労務管理
- 職員の入退社手続き、社会保険手続き
- 勤怠管理、給与計算
- 福利厚生に関する業務
- 職員の健康診断の手配・管理
- 行政への提出書類の作成・管理
- その他、法人運営に関わる庶務全般
- 経理・会計
- 伝票の起票、経費精算
- 会計ソフトへの入力
- 請求書の発行・管理
- 月次・年次決算の補助
- 介護現場のサポート
- 介護用品や備品の在庫管理・発注
- 各種会議の議事録作成
- 業務改善に関する提案・実行
- ICT・介護ロボット導入に関する補助金申請・報告業務のサポート
- 介護報酬・請求業務
- 外国人職員の雇用管理
- 在留資格関連の各種申請(出入国在留管理局)
- 入国後の生活サポート(住居確保、銀行口座開設など)
- 研修計画の作成・管理
- 定期的な面談の実施、相談・苦情への対応
- 登録支援機関との連携・調整
- その他
- 電話・来客応対
- ウェブサイトの更新作業(外部業者との連携)
- 広報活動・営業活動のサポート
求める人材:
- 基本的なPCスキル(Word, Excel)をお持ちの方
- [歓迎] 事務職(総務・経理)の実務経験がある方
- [歓迎] 社会福祉法人での勤務経験がある方
- [歓迎] 外国人雇用管理(特に特定技能)の経験がある方
勤務時間・曜日:
8:30~17:30(休憩時間60分)
