仕事内容


【簿記資格取得者大歓迎】

就労継続支援A型事業所での記帳代行入力業務になります。

現金だけではなく、クレジット・口座など様々な記帳作業をしていただきます。

ノルマはなく、マニュアル完備で安心して始められます

簿記の知識を活かし、実際の会計業務に携わっていただきます。

未経験の方も、支援員がフォローしながら段階的に業務を行います。

【主な作業内容】

・領収書・請求書の整理、チェック

・会計ソフトへの仕訳入力

・勘定科目の確認・振り分け

※実際の企業データを使用した記帳業務です

※最初は簡単な入力作業からスタートします

  • レシートや領収書の内容(日付・金額等)の入力
  • 入力データの正誤チェック

【スタッフ構成】

サービス管理責任者1名

生活支援員2名

職業指導員1名

※生活支援員・職業指導員については、簿記3級・2級の資格を保有しているスタッフが大半を占めています。

不明点はすぐに聞ける環境が整っています。

【研修制度について】

入力作業について、研修期間として数週間~1ヶ月程度想定しております。

全員が理解できるようなマニュアルをご準備しておりますので、未経験の方も安心して作業が可能です。

実際の作業に入る前に、経理の基礎知識の研修や入力練習なども行っております。

上記の作業に関する研修以外にも、面接対策講座・ビジネスマナー研修・障害特性理解などの研修を不定期で実施しております。

【一般就労実績】

2025年3月から開所し、すでに5名の方が一般就労をしています。

多くの方が未経験で入所し、PCスキルを向上し一般就労を実現しています。

一般就労へのサポート体制(面接対策・障害特性理解)も整えています。

2ヶ月~:データ入力実務

6ヶ月~期間定めなし:個人のスキル・希望に応じて、一般就労への対策(面接対策・障害特性自己理解)

Vision Workでは取り組みの1つとして、各個人がタイピングの成長を実感できるようにするため

毎朝タイピングテストを実施しております。

【利用料に関して】

Vision Works西中島では

利用料は全額免除となります。

通常は就労継続支援A型事業所の利用期間中の利用料金は

厚生労働省によって定められており、9割を市区町村が補助金で負担し、

1割を利用者が就労継続支援事業所に支払います。
