仕事概要


共創型M&Aなどにより日々組織・事業が拡大するMOON-Xグループのコミュニケーション戦略を強化するため、グループ全体の対外広報・社内広報を一貫して担う広報チームの責任者を募集します。 役割/業務内容(MOON-Xの広報チームの役割・仕事) MOON-XのコーポレートPR、グループ各社・各ブランドのPR、採用広報、インターナル広報など、広報に関わる領域をすべてチームで担っています。会社全体の姿勢からブランド個別の魅力づくりまで、一気通貫で発信できる体制を整え、価値を多面的に伝えられることを強みとするチームです。 主な業務内容 ・経営戦略と一体化したコーポレート広報戦略の立案、推進 ・レピュテーションマネジメントの統括 ・ブランド広報/メディアリレーションズの統括(PR戦略設計、露出最大化、キー媒体との関係構築) ・インナーコミュニケーションの強化(バリュー浸透、組織カルチャー醸成、全社イベント企画・運営) ・広報組織のマネジメントおよびオペレーション設計(体制構築、KPI設計、業務プロセス最適化) ・採用広報との連携による発信力の最大化 *広報チームは現在5名体制 *メンバーがそれぞれ各ブランドの主担当を担い、全体の戦略設計や統括を責任者(今回の募集ポジション)に担当いただく想定です。 MOON-Xグループについて 「ブランドと人の発射台」というミッションのもと、様々な経験を持つプロフェッショナルな人材が集まり、共創型M&Aを通じてグループにジョインしたブランドの育成、他社ブランドのDX・成長支援など、テクノロジーを活用し、ブランドをエンパワーする事業を展開しています。 ポテンシャルを秘めたブランド、様々な経験を持つプロフェッショナルな人材を世界へ発射し、 素晴らしいブランドと人材を通して、世界中の消費者の生活に貢献します。 取扱ブランド例 ベビー・寝具・ペット・ヘルスケア・美容・バッグ・インナーなど、ライフスタイルを豊かにする7ブランドを展開。 (例:ケラッタ、ヒツジのいらない枕、猫壱、レバンテ、FUROSHIKI、VALANROSE、momoful)など ※MOON-Xグループのブランドの数は2025年5月時点で7ブランド(国内グループ7社が支援対象)ですが、今後も新たなM&Aにより増える可能性があります。 MOON-XのCulture &People ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ・MOON-Xってどんな会社? ・MOON-Xの広報って何をしてるの?メディア露出数を2倍に伸ばしたブランドPRの活動裏も初公開 *他にもnoteでさまざまな角度から会社を紹介しています。ぜひご覧ください。 VALUE(抜粋) ・We are Family:家族のような近さで、チームで非連続成長を目指す ・スピード狂:オーナーシップを持ち、スピードで競合を上回る ・WOW体験:すべてはお客様のWOWのために。期待を超える感動を ※変更の範囲:会社の定める業務の範囲による

必須スキル


・事業会社の広報またはPR会社での実務経験(目安:7年~) ・対外的な広報だけでなく、インナーブランディング、インターナルコミュニケーションの実務、実績をお持ちの方(社内イベントの企画や運営など) ・チームマネジメント経験をお持ちの方 (一広報担当としての経験だけでなく、チームを率いて広報活動を推進した経験のある方)

応募概要


給与

想定年収:600万円〜1,000万円 月給制 ・月給には40時間の固定残業手当を含みます ・40時間超過分の時間外勤務手当は、別途支給します 給与内訳 例1)年収600万の場合、 基本給341,000円、固定残業手当109,000/40時間、リモートワーク手当5,000円 例2)年収800万の場合、 基本給457,000円、固定残業手当 145,000 円/40時間、リモートワーク手当5,000円 例3)年収1000万の場合、基本給 573,000 円、固定残業手当 181,000 円/40時間、リモートワーク手当5,000円 ※尚、法定管理監督者の場合は別途条件通知にて内訳を提示いたします。 給与改定 ・年2回(2月・8月) ・人事評価制度に則り評価を実施し改定します 賞与 ・年2回(2月・8月)支給 ・賞与額は、基準賞与額に在籍係数、個人評価係数、業績係数などを加味し算出 ・業績に応じて支給有無や金額の変動あり 留意事項 ・記載の月給・年収は、あくまで目安のレンジとなっており、確約するものではございません。 ・最終的な条件につきましては、これまでのご経験・スキル・ご実績、ならびに選考を通じての評価を総合的に勘案したうえで、個別に決定いたします。 ・提示金額が求人票に記載の範囲と異なる場合がございますことを、あらかじめご了承ください。
