職務内容および役割
〈プロジェクト概要〉
・地銀信金向け勘定系システム基盤更改、保守プロジェクト
地銀信金向けの勘定系システムの基盤を担当するプロジェクトです。
担当顧客は合計で20社程度となり、基盤更改や制度改正、顧客要望等から大小さまざまなプロジェクトが進行中です。
基盤を取り巻く環境と技術は常に変化しており、変化に耐えうる基盤構築と検証、保守といった業務を顧客と連携しながら実施しています。
〈入社後想定される業務〉
現在進行中の地域金融機関向け勘定系システム基盤プロジェクトにおいて、
メンバーとしてまずはOJTを通じてキャッチアップいただきながら、保守、検証といった業務から基盤全体を理解いただきます。
その後、パートナー企業と連携しながら設計・構築へとステップアップいただきます。
将来的には以下の業務を担当いただきます。
・パートナー企業実施の構築工程におけるタスク推進、進捗管理およびレビュー
・勘定系システム基盤の要件定義・設計
(基盤更改、制度改正対応、顧客要望に基づく設計)
・基盤構築およびテスト、保守・運用業務
(案件状況により年2回程度の大規模構築あり)
・Azureを中心としたクラウド基盤を活用した効率化検討、次期サービスの検討
・セキュリティ改善に関する検証・検討※
将来的には、金融勘定系システムの特性(高可用性・堅牢性)を踏まえ、新技術を取り入れた基盤設計ができるアーキテクトに成長いただくことを期待します。
※セキュリティ分野については現在進行中のBankVision2.0プロジェクトにも記載の通り、社内でも重要分野として別開発チームと連携しながら検証等も進めております。

当社が展開するオープン勘定系システムBankVisionをご利用の顧客に対してや
BankVision側と提案活動を行うといった活動も実施しています。
キャリア入社者も在籍しており、全体で30名弱の組織です。
